Bag Quote & Order Process Explained

  • • To request a quote for bags that you require you can do this from our website or contact us on tel:02380181050 and speak to one of our highly experienced team or email
  • • We will send you a quotation by email that includes all your costs which will ensure you have no hidden extra’s. The quote will include all the technical information about the product such as size, weight, colour etc so you can check we have interpreted all the details correctly.
  • • If you need a sample for evaluation please request this from your account manager. We offer free samples but occasionally for the more expensive items we may make a charge but this will be reimbursed once you place your order.
  • • Once you are ready to place your order we will need you to send us the following details about you or your company: Company Name and address, delivery address, company registration number, PO number (if applicable). We will also need your artwork and pantone colours to be printed but we can assist with this process if needed.
  • • We will send you an order confirmation, a pro forma invoice (for non account holders only) and once payment is made we will send an artwork proof for approval. This will be a pdf and shows you the colours and print position on the product chosen, this will need to be checked carefully as we cannot be liable for any mistakes once the artwork has been approved.
  • • We then will print and despatch your order to the delivery address given to be delivered by the date requested. We deliver by DPD so you will receive notification on the day before delivery of the goods, these will need to be signed for so please ensure there is someone available to accept the delivery.
